"Butch did an amazing job installing our range hood. When I noticed it didnt look level, I called him to let him know. He came back a couple hours later and realized that the cabinet above the range hood was leaning to the right and becoming loose from the wall. Even though it had nothing to do with the work I hired him for, he stayed for several hours to make sure the cabinets were secure and level. He put his blood, sweat and tears into the job! I dont know too many contractors would come back, let alone fix something that had nothing to do with the reason I hired him. Hes a real gem! "

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."

I was most appreciative that he was able to come on the day I called, just before the temperatures became very oppressive - even though I was slightly out of his preferred area. He was professional and friendly, and did the job quickly. I thought his price was very fair. Paul also gave some advice and insight into other issues I had in my home, even providing a quick fix for a door that kept sticking."
