"We highly recommend JA Drywall. They are the best contractors we have used in the South Jersey area! We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. Juan checked in with us regularly and visited to check the progress and quality of the work. "The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."

"The inspector we hired to look at the house we are wanted to buy indicated that the property needed a roof. It was not leaking, but because of some design features in the ventilation system, some of the plywood in the sheathing had de-laminated. We had several bids and felt that Brian Genovese was the one we wanted to work with. Our first scheduled date was rained out, and we re-scheduled for the end of that week. The crew arrived at 7:45 and set to work tearing off the two layers of roof (house is 34 years old), replaced the defective plywood, and were installing the roof by early afternoon. Halted by darkness, they came back in the morning and finished it off. Good thing, it rained later in the day.

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
