"It went very well.  Jeff called shortly after I emailed, inspected the deck within a day or two, and quoted a competitive price.  We agreed to the terms and he came out about a week later and began the work.  He returned the next day after the concrete had completely dried, and finished the work, including the extra steps as described above.  He was always willing to describe what he was doing and answer any questions about the deck.  He offered pointers on what could be done to improve the appearance of the deck but applied no sales pressure.  If I end up having that done, I will ask Jeff to do it.  Bottom line, no gimmicks, no missed appointments, he did what he said he would do (and more) and charged the agreed-upon price.  I have no complaints. <br />"
