"I called to get a quote on basement mold remediation. They arrived the same day I called, and 2 workers showed up on time to do a walk thorough of my basement. They did not try to sell me on services I did not need and in fact, gave me tips on how I could do the mold remediation as a DIY project. They were professional and honest ... values you do not see in many contractors these days."

"We had mold in our basement. Joel, of Quality Air, came to our home, inspected every room in the house, tested inside and outside, and gave us an assessment of the problem and an estimate of the cost. The extent of the mold required more mitigation than initially expected, but Joel worked with us on scheduling additional mitigation visits and did not charge more than the original estimate. Joel was professional, courteous and very easy to work with. We now have a safe, breathable basement. I highly recommend Quality Air for anyone with a mold problem."
