Called at 9am this morning and he was here at 1PM Sharp like he said (punctuality 1 Star) I told him the issues I had and he found the solution in minutes, (no up sell or story 1 Star) We went to a second project of the Security Light install. The box didn't have the proper receptacle for installation, so I ran out to get it at a local HW Store. Jimmy continued with a plug replacement while I was gone (continued on with other things, awesome 1 Star) Got back with the needed part and the installation was completed in a few minutes, (quick and perfect work 1 Star). Final price was incredibly reasonable and exactly as expected (Honesty in pricing 1 Star) Add them all up and this was a 5 Star Visit. I would recommend this company and Jimmy heartily and have no worries ever using them again."

The house has 12 volt transformer supplying the two doorbells and it had to be upgraded to 24 volts to work with the new Ring doorbells. We found we also had to upgrade the interior doorbell. Although it took longer with the unplanned issues, the pricing was transparent and reasonable. All of the other electrical circuits, outlets, switch, floodlights, porch and patio lights, and replacing a 12 volt transformer for garden lights were perfect.."
