Did not fulfill on even promise for ETA and did not proactively communicate. It took me implying my legal experience to get him to finish the job. I didn't want to go there, but when a repairman takes your cash and you don't hear from him again unless YOU call, it feels very shady. I am generous with a 3-star review given Mr. Ray expressed that he was having health issues, in which case he should definitely have a back-up repairman, instead of taking on repair calls he cannot complete in a timely manner. The final send-off? The last thing he said to me was the repair was my fault for buying an LG Tron in the first place. I was willing to let my experience go and not write a review, but to treat me with such contempt...After I said "all's well that ends well"...Mr. Ray should have taken the win, instead of getting in one last jab."
