He gave me a quote right on the spot and it was so reasonable I knew we didnâ t have to look for anyone else. He had availability within the week to start the project, and was flexible with our work schedules. Originally we had planned to buy a barn door at a local store but Charlie showed me his custom creations and we couldnâ t pass it up! We are absolutely in LOVE with the final product! He made a very tall, custom chevron barn door thatâ s about 200lbs and again, very reasonably priced when you consider itâ s hardly more expensive than asking one of the box stores to create a barn door with custom sizing. I love supporting local businesses and their crafts so this was a steal for our new home. I think the only thing that would help in the future is having a bit more communication on when our project would begin in the day and approximately how long it would take. Ultimately it only took a day and a half for everything which is fantastic, but I wasnâ t sure when we started about the time frame. I will definitely be calling Charlie for our future projects."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
