"Steve contacted me immediately (on a Sunday evening no less). He scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up exactly on time and had a pretty good idea of the problem already. He had my washer fixed in no time and even did a couple of extra things. He was very personable. Would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"John called and asked some questions about the problem. Let me know his thoughts on what it might be and provided a good estimate on the cost for that as well as if it might be more severe. Called to let me know what time I might expect him and followed up a little before to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was looking for and talked about things to watch for. Thankfully it wasn't a major problem and he was able to get the washer back in working order in no time. Extremely fair pricing and great customer service. I would definitely recommend if you have any issues with appliances. Also this was on a Saturday!!"

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Great price, puntcual, fought with a difficult repair until it was done, & came back next day to make sure working.Being in service for many years I rarely write reviews or send letters but in this situation I felt it was the least I could do. Letters from my own past customers have meant so much to me I'd like to pass this along. Will use him and recomend for future repairs.
