"Wayne and crew did a very good job. Repaired a hole in sheet rock ceiling [foot went thru from attic] and I can't tell where the hole was. Repainted ceiling water stains and recaulked all windows and doors due to a few leaking duing tropical storm a few months prior. All did well but one was not fixed. Called Wayne and he came back and foud a crack the missed. did not leak in last hurricane. Will definitely use again"

"<p>TJM Construction was contact based on the recommendation of a friend. Another contractor had been originally commissioned to partially remodel two bathrooms, however, once it became apparent that this contractor (See Eastern Shore Floor Covering and Design) could not deliver a quality installation in a timely manner, it was decided to have this work completed by a professional contractor. </p> <p>Todd Moran made a site visit and carefully evaluated the condition of the work site and the work which would be needed to be completed. He worked closely with the home owners to be sure that he clearly understood the owner’s expectations and what work was to included. A written quoted was provided which fully detailed the cost and materials to be provided by Mr. Moran. A list of additional material which were to be provided by the owners (lighting and plumbing fixtures, wall paint, etc..) was provided as well. A work schedule was outlined providing tentative start dates, durations of activities and estimated completion dates </p> <p>Mr. Moran arrived as planned with all necessary manpower, tools and materials and worked every day, all day, until the work was completed. If Mr. Moran was delayed (i.e traffic, purchasing additional materials, etc…) he would contact the owners the day before or the morning of the delay and provide updates on why he was late and when he could be expected. Mr. Moran was continuously on-site and proved to be a working supervisor, actively working on the project while providing direct supervision of his craftsmen, insuring a high quality installation executed in an effective manner.</p> <p>A great deal of effort was put into maintaining a clean and safe work place with debris removed site daily. At all times, the personnel of TJM Construction were respectful of the owners and their property and took exceptional care to minimize any damage to the household and grounds.</p> <p>In addition to the work contracted, Mr. Moran took it upon himself to install several lighting fixtures throughout the house. The owners had purchased these items and planned installing themselves. Mr. Moran explained that they had experienced a slight lull in work that day and needed to keep his people busy. Mr. Moran did not expect or request any additional payment for this additional work.</p> <p>TJM Construction is operated in a professional manner and provides a quality installation, in an effective affordable manner. </p>"

"I live in Texas.  My vacation rental property is in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  I wanted to spend only 2 weeks at the rental property in December during the reno so I needed the remodel to be done in 10 days.  I had the condo rented to guests near the end of December so I couldn't afford for this project to run over time.  Also,  I wanted to be back home to Texas for holiday preparations!   <br /> While planning this remodel, I received several estimates and met with several contractors while I was at the rental property in October.  I was really disappointed with the quality of people, their unprofessional-ism and questionable price quotes.  I went home to Texas and did an Angie's list review and found Dan and Restoration Style.  We sent him photos of the project and he was able to quote a price from the photos.  He was prompt with his responses and very clear on the cost for the scope of work.  We took a big risk and hired him without meeting him, hoping all along that he would show up, the work would be a quality job and completed in my narrow time frame. <br />  Much to my relief, Dan and his helper, Ben, showed up promptly on the first day of work.  I could tell right away I'd made the right choice.  They did the demo with very little mess and hassle.  They picked up the products I had purchased from Home Depot and did the installation seamlessly.  They problem solved and came up with creative ideas when things weren't cut and dry (retro-fits can be a little tricky). The guys cleaned up before they left each day and always told me what time they would return the following day.  Dan's helper Ben was especially hard working, professional, very knowledgeable in his own right, funny, tattoo-less, didn't have saggy drawers and was a delight to have around for 10 days! <br /> The guys finished the reno in 10 days, right on time, and did exactly what they said they would do.  I looked forward to them coming each day and I didn't feel I needed to keep a watchful eye on the work.  In fact, many days during the reno, I went out to  <br />  run errands, confident that everything would be right when I returned. <br /> I highly recommend Dan's company, Restoration Style.  I will have Dan and Ben back when I decide to remodel bathroom #3. <br /> <br />"
