"During a routine cleaning of my dryer vent, the plastic housing began to crumble. Replacing the vent required removing portions of the siding and trim around it, which was outside my comfort zone. I was browsing home advisor on a Sunday night and was matched with Dave Grimes of Cypress Contracting. Monday morning I received a call saying he was in the area doing another job and could stop by afterwards. I am very satisfied with Dave's work replacing my vent and will definitely contact him again in the future when I need more work done. "I picked Mike (of Shingle Express) over two other smooth talking roof guys. My liked Mike's professor like attitude. The other two guys wanted to replace two sections of shingles (about 100 sq ft each). On the initial assessment, Mike said that my shingles were in good shape. From looking at the wet spot inside the roof, I did not think I have a wide spread problem. I felt that Mike was more likely to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. I went with Mike/Shingle Express. I was right in my gut feel. My leaky roof ended up taking ten trips to fix 5 problems. (Note: Every service trip had a scouting trip to assess the problem and came back to fix it later). Mike was very reasonable to work with. This is the good point. The not-so-good point is that you need to have faith that Mike will show up. He did not always show up when he said he would. But, he did show up a few days later from the original date. With regard to the five leaking spots, I cannot image how would I ended up with the other two guys that I did not choose."

"If you want a lifetime roof done right with no worries for the rest of your life, then go with Paddy's. Their Timberline HD lifetime roof system is the best in the industry. Charlie was great. He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. If you don't go with Paddy's, you're not getting the best value for your dollar, IMO. Paddy's will be my go-to source for any future needs. Thanks Paddy's."

"It went very well. Used LHI based on a recomendation of a co-worker. They did a terrific job remodelling our guest bathroom, replacing tge drywall in basement and installing new trim in it. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well.
