"From start to finish, Kevin was the consummate professional. He was very responsive to phone and text, came out to look at the job and make a plan for the installation. He was clearly very knowledgeable about glass tile and an expert in tile design/installation. "I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. "Installation was completed in one day.  Van arrived with a crew of six and they started ripping out carpeting, preparing the floor and laying hardwood immediately.  The end result was professional, the edging around the kitchen cabinets was perfectly done, so no moulding was required.  A neighbor commented that the floor looks as if it was installed when the house was built.
The only reason I gave a B for responsiveness, Van does not  always get back to you right away, and may require a second phone call on your part.  I was pleased with everything else.  Van and his crew were very diligent and hard working.
