They came on time and did a very careful job. They really paid attention to details, such as removing any debris, cleaning the water stains, and carefully adjusting the new gas pipe and water pipe. The new water heater was installed beautifully and the spot was left clean. Moreover, Joe has explained very patiently on how to do routine maintenance on the water heater to extend its life.
