The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."
