"Josh and his team are some of the most professional as well as personable contractors my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. The job began with an in-home meeting where Josh not only heard all that we had to say, he built on the ideas and came up with other ones in a way that wasn't forceful or overtaking of what we wanted. He just had great input and improvements to inject based on his past experiences, which was extremely helpful for us. They were able to start within three or four weeks of first meeting, which in my opinion is a reasonable amount of wait time for a larger job, and a good sign that they have plenty of other jobs going on. The bulk of the work took about two months to complete, with a few odds and ends being taken care of over several weeks after that. One of the most amazing aspects of working with Josh and his team, even more than ease of working with them and getting the result you want, is how even after the work was done and they were paid and months had passed, Josh promptly sent someone out on multiple occasions when we called him about any loose ends pertaining to the work that was done. "I highly HIGHLY recommend sweeps. The two guys that came to my house were polite and friendly. They were well-dressed (not in uniforms or anything but they presented themselves nicely). I didn't feel weird letting them into my home while my husband was away and they came up with some very creative ideas for getting the really huge treadmill down my really skinny hallway. <br /> <br /> It started raining just as they got the treadmill into my car but they still VOLUNTEERED to follow me to the store and unload the treadmill for me! <br /> <br /> I was nervous that my job was too simple/cheap since it was way simpler than what you would hire a mover for but Sweeps did an excellent job and I hope to have more little odd jobs I can call them for in the future. <br /> <br /> Their management team followed up with me several times over email to make sure I knew when the sweepers would arrive and that I was satisfied and the two sweepers were just AWESOME! <br />"

Jeremy arrived in under an hour and quickly got to work. He did what he could that Sunday evening to keep us cool for a few more days, but unfortunately we ended up needing to replace the unit. He was back with us on Wednesday, got the unit replaced and we've been cool and comfortable ever since.
