"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. Chris is hard working, communicates well, offers fair pricing compared to big box installers and will work with you on customizing what you want. Thanks!!"

"Jeff is extremely attentive to detail and supervised every phase of the job. We purchased a home that had cupped wood flooring was and discolored and worn. In addition one of the guest rooms had carpet that transitioned into a wood floor hallway. Jeff was able to refinish the existing flooring and integrate the new wood floor seamlessly, you could not distinguish the transition. He also identified the moisture problem contributing to the cupping of the flooring. Jeff also installed carpet in the 2 bonus rooms and did a magnificent job as well. "We hired Coastal Built Construction, John Munn, solely based on his company's Home Advisor 5 Star Reviews. We had been "burned" by a contractor in the past and decided to take a chance. Things could not have worked out better (except for Covid backlog issues) which obviously were not his fault. He was hired to convert an existing screened porch into a 4 season room. In addition to that his company painted the entire inside and outside of our house, and renovated a bathroom. His prices were fair and reasonable. We were extremely pleased with the overall job. John was very professional, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed during the process. (we had purchased a home that needed a lot of expensive repairs) We highly recommend John Munn and Coastal Built Construction. From our experience, there was not anything his company could not do.
