"Had to replace a kitchen faucet. It was something I could do on my own but I could not get one of the lines off. Since I had purchase the same faucet to replace it they just took the other on off and charged us about 1/3 of what they originally quoted. Very flexible and worked with our needs to get the job done."

"Andre showed up when he said he would and replaced our hot water heater quickly and efficiently. When the job was completed he cleaned up and made sure everything was good. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his service."

"Sound Water contacted me within minutes of my posting for a new water heater and was there the next morning to install it. Very professional."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
