"John, owner of JAW Construction, is a personable earnest contractor who goes beyond what is expected to make sure you are satisfied. He first replaced a laminate floor in the kitchen when we had a leak that ruined it. He found the leak--a punctured water supply line to the refrigerator and disconnected it, since the ice maker is non functional. He suggested a Luxury Vinyl floor (wood simulated) because it would not be damaged by water. The job was quick, expert, and very reasonably priced. So when we decided to replace worn and animal stained carpet with a wood or laminate floor last November, we called JAW. Again, John recommended a Luxury Tile Floor again because it would resist dog pee or cat hairball flem, if not noticed for a period of time. We went with Cortec again through a distributor John recommended and got a floor with the thickest clear wear protection. Whole install took four days for a 1200 s.f. home and it looks beautiful. No flaws, he even got woodwork professionally stained in a modern style as we went with a dark wood design. Workers were professional, cleaned up and left home in perfect condition. Definitely would hire again."

When we decided to update our guest bathroom and utility room (plus some other work), we only wanted Ron to do it as we were extremely confident of the high quality of his work and his reasonable prices. We did not even get a second quote from another contractor because we knew he would do a great job and his price would be fair. Everything came out perfect - the quality and installation of the cabinets, countertops, and flooring were excellent. "It went well even after the materials for our walk-in shower kit arrived late from Home Depot. Pro-Tech construction was very patient and knowledgeable during the whole process, was glad they advised us to change a couple things from our original plan because it will last a lot longer in the long term. They were also very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. The whole job included ripping out our bathtub, fixing some rotten lumber underneath and around the walls of the tub, adding several studs that were missing on the surrounding walls, tiling those walls, installing the shower pan and fixtures, shower doors, grab bars, and painting the bathroom afterwards. It looks great and works better for my disabled mom and is much safer now. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech construction and they are reasonably priced and super professional. Thank you again."
