"Very well. Brock came out and evaluated the problem: water leaking out of front porch columns. He identified rot around the top column bases. He generated a proposal of roofing replacement, column base replacement (part of front dormer), stucco replacement, and painting. The crews showed up a few weeks later (as agreed) and had part of the roofing, near the problem removed, and the rotten wood at the top column bases removed all on the first day. Second day the roof decking was repaired and shingles replaced, new top column bases constructed and installed. The third day stucco was installed and allowed to dry for a week. Finally all affected stucco areas were caulked and painted to a perfect match of existing area not repaired."

He was careful to keep the area clean, did a fantastic job of cleaning out our chimney, and gave us many pointers on what type of wood to burn as well as how to operate the damper on the chimney (we were clueless, since we never had a chimney before). "I'm a little late on my review, but we hired JC Masonry in June 2015 and had brick re-pointing done on our house where some of our mortar was falling out between our bricks, and the owner and his son were out at our house for several days, and even worked around our exterior painters that ended up being there at the same time due to rain delays that summer. These guys did a great job on our house, the new mortar matched perfect after it cured completely, and we are still VERY satisfied with the work completed! I would definitely recommend them for brick repairs/re-pointing!"
