The result was a floor that moved when walked on and squeaked in certain areas. They said they would turn it into their insurance company and after months of back and forth they shut the door and would not talk to us any further. We had a independent inspector verify that they floor was incorrectly installed. After numerous attempts to resolve the problem with them, we ended up removing the flooring and replacing at our own expense. They have no integrity and I would never recommend them to anyone."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
