"I had an excellent experience with Richard Sean Construction. The company fully met my expectations and completed the work with great efficiency, professionalism, and quality. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Richard Sean Construction! If you are looking for reliable, high-quality construction work, this is a company you can trust. I would definitely hire them again."

"I had the pleasure of working with One of a Kind Carpenter again after we moved into our new home. Actually, we decided to buy this particular house, knowing that Chad and his crew could transform it to match our vision. One of the major projects involved a kitchen area remodel and the other a complete demo and remodel of our sunken great room. The day after we closed, Chad came over to consult and 5 weeks later we ended up with upgraded pocket doors, a new pantry, and a new contempory great room. Dale was also very resourceful, providing her interior design expertise throughout the process. It was HGTV at its finest and I truly enjoyed working with all of them."

"Greg and his project team did an outstanding job on our remodel. What started as a more conservative upgrade included a new 1100 sq. ft deck and railings, new rebuilt patio cover, new windows, new roof and the addition of stucco to our home. His overall communication was excellent and the quality of work was consistent across all phases of the project. This was second home so we were managing the remodel remotely. Overall great customer service and follow-through during the project which was completed on time. I would recommend Badal Construction without reservation if you are looking for a reliable high quality contractor."

"Bill is extremely responsive, scheduled me right away and got the job done in a realistic timeframe. He and his superb employed tradesmen always asked my input on decisions, and always took my ideas to heart. They really did “work for me” throughout the process. If something needed t be improved or redone, no problem or grousing about it. We also had a lot of fun , all of us on the site. But, the quality of workmanship is their legacy. The prior reviews are true and accurate. Never hesitate to hire Bill Varney and his folks to do your job."

"FL CONSTRUCTION IS THE DREAM TEAM OF HOME REPAIR & REMODELING! After seeing their OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP for the initial drywall and painting project, I hired them for 3 additional projects. They arrived on schedule, very courteous, had a great problem-solving idea for a tiny laundry room, completed the jobs quickly & efficiently, and cleaned up the job site. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"I give these folks my very highest recommendation. Their integrity, attention to detail and ultimate work product was stellar. These are the kind of folks you can just shake hands on a deal and it will be done properly. I will be hiring them again on another project at another home we own."

"I had a great experience with Cooney Homes. They were very professional, attentive and responsive throughout my whole project. There were no surprises along the way which i greatly appreciated and they made sure every last thing I brought up was addressed completely before final sign off on the project. I would definitely hire them again."

"They did an excellent job; they were punctual and very professional."

"We replaced our kitchen tile and built in a portion of our patio. The work was scheduled and completed efficiently. All the contractors were very respectful and worked efficiently and completed the projects in about 10 days from start to finish. Shawn Whitehorse, our project manager did a great job ensuring the work was completed correctly. It was a very positive experience. Plastic was put up to reduce the dust in the rest of our house. They put paper down when they worked on the drywall to reduce the mess of dust and eliminate tracking drywall all through our home. I would highly recommend Boyer Building and Shawn Whitehorse for anyone looking for a builder."
