Actually, we decided to buy this particular house, knowing that Chad and his crew could transform it to match our vision. One of the major projects involved a kitchen area remodel and the other a complete demo and remodel of our sunken great room. The day after we closed, Chad came over to consult and 5 weeks later we ended up with upgraded pocket doors, a new pantry, and a new contempory great room. Dale was also very resourceful, providing her interior design expertise throughout the process. It was HGTV at its finest and I truly enjoyed working with all of them."

"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. What started as a more conservative upgrade included a new 1100 sq. ft deck and railings, new rebuilt patio cover, new windows, new roof and the addition of stucco to our home. His overall communication was excellent and the quality of work was consistent across all phases of the project. This was second home so we were managing the remodel remotely. Overall great customer service and follow-through during the project which was completed on time.
