"Millard is by are the best appliance repairman I have ever used. He explained everything he was going to do and discussed pricing ahead of time. As he took my dryer apart, he showed me how things worked and talked about the most likely causes of my problem. I was very surprised when he vacuumed the entire dryer and got all the lint I was not able to reach. Most importantly, he found the cause of my problem. I highly recommend Millard to anyone who needs appliance repairs. I'm so happy to have found him!!"

"Joe returned texts extremely quickly. Ordered a new heating element for our dryer, let me know when it shipped overnight & installed the next day. He did not have signage on his vehicle or any type of uniform. Did identify himself & did the job."

"Repairman very knowledgeable and helped us to decide whether if was practical to repair or just replace our refridgerator"

"The unit is old and he warned me that this repair might not last, but those vertical combo washer dryer units are not cheap to replace, so I went ahead and spent the $386.00 to repair the unit. Unfortunately, the washer dryer unit failed again about 6 weeks later, so I've had to spend the money to purchase a new one. He spent more time than he estimated making the repair, and I give him credit that he stuck to his original estimate and didn't charge me more. I would use him again, he seemed very knowledgable."

"The technician was a little early. He was courteous and informative. I appreciate his expertise on diagnosing the problem with the Whirlpool washer."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I have another repair where I am hiring the company again. That should speak for itself"

"This is a very good service ! They came And fix my washer machine peefectly"

"They are amazing! I got a phone call within the hour from when I requested a quote through Angi. Josh was here the next day, on time and was able to identify the broken piece in my ancient clothes washer within minutes. Had a new piece ordered before he left my home and I was called the next morning to set up the appointment for the repair! Less than 48hrs later my washer is fixed and he was even able to tell me what sorts of items NOT to wash in my machine to avoid needing the repair done again in the future. Great job all around and SUPER affordable!!"

"I contact Jd Appliance Repair last night and he promptly answered and this morning he was able to repair our clothes dryer. Fast and reliable company."
