"Shaun and his helper replaced a saddle valve for my humidifier, moved a sump pump to the proper pit, and fixed a leak in a drain pipe in my crawl space. They arrived on time, looked at the three things to be done and went promptly to work, worked around some problems with the drain pipe and finished in good time. "We were having drain issues on a Friday night. We finally called Mr. Plumber after checking reviews on Angie's list. Once we called, they responded quickly. They were up front on the estimated cost per hour. They came out late Friday evening and tried to clear the drain, going almost 100 feet in without any luck. They said they would need to come back the next day and do a camera inspection. They did their camera inspection and still could not get a good view after some distance in the pipe due to the blockage, but had an idea on where the blockage was. They said at that point they would have to dig in the yard to get the pipe. They took care of getting the permits from the city and worked with them on the inspections to complete the work. Despite the high cost, we were able to get most the work covered by making a claim to our homeowners insurance because of how long it took. I would recommend them."

"All the above jobs at different schedules were done very well. Tim continues to demonstrate quality job on all my projects. The first time that I encountered Tim was when he installed a new boiler at our rental property. The job was done right; did a clean job in installing; tested all the steam registers in all the apartment units to make sure that they were all working right and tested the boiler to be working right. I was then very impressed with his first job for me. From there on, I asked for him specifically in doing my other projects. This is because I feel that I can trust him to deliver a quality job for me any time. He has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable because he is able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The checks and maintenance of two additional gas furnaces went very well. The check and maintenance of an AC unit went very well, too. Tim recommended to replace a defective contact sensor.
