"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Excellent Job. If you, like us, have been trying to get a new patio done but have no time or travel too much, then Dave and his crew are the right folks for you. From the first meeting, Dave took on the full project management role and exceeded expectations in the ahead of time project completion and quality of work. After contracting them to do the job, we were away for several weeks and thru text and photo status of projects and calls on any questions regarding tbe project - he got it done and done ahead of schedule. Key is to clearly spell out and visualize mark 1. Total patio space and put markers in corners of entire location 2. Agree on pavers from the start 3. Agree on time the project must be completed by 4. Get total cost upfront and payment schedule. If you will be away, make clear arrangements for 3 phase payment. 5. "TJB designed and installed a pondless waterfall where a small fishpond had previously been located. The design was challenging owing to the small area available to accommodate the feature. But Ted and his crew came up with a very pleasing design. The sound from the waterfall is very pleasant and the waterfall can be viewed and enjoyed from a variety of locations both within the house and out in the yard. I love this addition to my yard! "We had to have a line of 7 large old trees removed and afterward, our yard was truly a disaster area. Oh, what an eyesore and embarrassment it was! We are incredibly grateful that a wonderful world-class landscaping team, C&B Landscaping, stepped in and literally performed a miracle for us. First, they chose and planted 10 stunning arborvitaes and some flowering shrubs to fill in the empty spots. Then, they did all the backbreaking work that was necessary to prepare the ground for sod, which they then planted beautifully. We are only sorry we didn't take "before" photos, because today, the area is unrecognizable. It went from looking like an old abandoned lot to a gorgeous park, and all because of the brilliant, highly-skilled, painstaking work of this ultra-conscientious team.
