I chose to replace it and Jim was able to locate a good replacement for me and get me scheduled the next day. The Plumbers arrived promptly and had my water heater replaced in about an hour. "Loose faucet base at kitchen sink. Tried to sell me on the idea that tightening from underneath wouldn?t last. It would probably come loose again. Might be cheap faucet or defective. I didn?t buy any of his theories. Totally not willing to pay for new ?better quality? faucet and installation for a gigantic price tag."
