Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

Mark was extremely responsive by email or phone. I came home from work and thought I was at the wrong house because it looked so good! Anderson is very prompt in responding to the queries (either via voice, text or email) and very accommodating to your project requirements. Our painting project (basement, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stairway area) costed about $2800 and Anderson took care of all the raw materials. Anderson and team could do little better on wiping the paint particles and residues upon completion of the project (or on a daily basis).
