"floor isn't complete. gap remains between two layers of cement. They will return in the spring to finish. floor looks great. I wish it was not so expensive, but they had to travel in bad weather conditions. I recommend them highly."

"John the salesman was very professional and kept me informed the whole way through the process. He emailed me regularly and would quickly respond to any questions. The install team did a great job. We stained and sealed our concrete floors. They turned out great. I would recommend."

"Fantastic. Ray Batten is a local area businessman who takes a lot of pride in the work he delivers. He was very prompt in responding and communicating throughout. He also fit us into a very tight window to get our job w/in a couple of days of contact. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray & Razor Rock if you're looking for epoxy floor. The finished product was/is tremendous too."

"Excellent work. We love the finish of the floor."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Great. Mitch kept in touch with us as we waited for our Permit. He and his crew were here when they said would be. They worked hard, listened to what we wanted and completed a very nice job!! We are happy with the finished product and glad we had it done! Now the garage drains out and the driveway drains toward the drain!! Like it should! Yea! We would hire them again if we have more concrete work to be done."

"Venesa came over to give me the estimate along with her husband that does the hard work that is needed to make sure there are no other issues that may need to be addressed they checked everything out all looked good she quoted me the price which was fair compared to others that I talked to on the phone, the time and date were set they showed up on time, all I did was watch the process that is involved in doing a job like this ,her husband took over and within a couple of hours the job was partially finished, the floor looked great, but there was 1 more application of some kind of sealer that needs to be applied the next day,and I thought he was finished,he showed the next day to seal the floor explained to me that this protects it even more never expected all this, when he was done it looked like a car dealer ships showroom floor just beautiful wanted this for a long time, I was told to let it all dry for a couple of days to harden then I can pull my car in,just a great job well done very professional, and a fair price, easy to clean up spills and wash out your floor no more dust, even the snow and salt won't hurt this floor ,would recommend JS Epoxy any time, never had a epoxy coating floor, this is beautiful and he does have different colors to choose from,I chose gray with blue and black flakes, came out very sharp,5 stars to JS I'm a happy guy,3 neighbors came by just to see my floor, now they are thinking about getting there floors done, great job JS ................."
