"I tried a technologically driven Lawn Hub, who promised Pros available with an App for scheduling or rescheduling. I offered 5 Pro, one who showed up but then disappeared. The other 4 never showed up or communicated through the App to me directly but was rescheduled by his "Lawn Hub". After giving them a lot of chances, I checked with Angi's List. Quinceo's Landscaping, owned and operated by Frederico, contacted me immediately. We exchanged texts and talked on the phone. I had an urgent need because the house we bought in Winfield had not been mowed since July 31. It was until August 19th I waited for a competent Pro, Frederico was the one. After seeing the mess made from no mowing, he made an offer to clean up the property. We agreed on a specific date, August 20th. He was here at 915a and did not leave until 215pm. He did everything I expected from a Pro and I asked for an extra, for which he charged, and it was done! He is reliable and I have hired him for our weekly service."
