The sales crew was very helpful and didn’t push for something that wasn’t needed or wanted. So easy to work with!!!! Was very simple process to order the door and make a small down payment. They came out and installed fairly quickly and the tech Dalton did a fantastic job. The owner David also came by to check on things afterwards. Everyone was so pleasant and knew their stuff.. "Billy Knowles did a very thorough inspection and repair of our garage door opener. One of the springs had broken but we wanted both replaced to avoid further problems. He replaced the torsion springs, reset travel limits to operator, put a lag bolt into backhang on left side FILO where missing and lubed the door and then safety tested it. This is a different Overhead Door company than the one on East Kellogg in Wichita."

"The person answering the phone was polite and friendly. she said they most often recommended that you replace both springs when one breaks as historically the other would most likely break soon after and require another trip charge. I debated but went ahead and agreed . She said they still had one spot open to come out the same day. I could not be here but my daughter came by to let them in. She said the guy was on time, polite, helpful. He lubed the system and fixed part of the rubber seal on the bottom of the door that was falling down. Did great job. Very pleased."
