Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "Our central A/C stopped working at 2 PM on a Friday. The temperature outside was 95 degrees. We called Westbrook, who said they could have someone to our house?by around 4:30 PM. At 4:30 PM, Roberto from Westbrook arrived. Within 10 seconds of looking at our A/C unit, he spotted the problem. He gave us the price for the broken?piece, and we gave him?the go-ahead to replace it. He also cleaned the system, which was way overdue.
