"Young's Chimney service was great.  He inspected fireplace and told me it didn't need to be swept.  He could have done it and charged me but he didn't.  He did only what was needed and gave me great advice on using my fireplace. He was professional, had the job done quickly and saved my firebox and chimney by installing chimney cap.  Also, did mortar repair on chimney to avoid water intrusion.

I would recommend Young's to anyone as he is CSIA certified and really knows what he is talking about.  He won't sell you anything you don't need.

"I have multiple properties throughout Orlando. Mainly Downtown, Winter Park, and Windermere. I received a call from a Tenant about a repeated leaky roof. A roof that had been fixed multiple times by the same contractor (a highly reputable one at that). I went out to the property to check it out. Lo and behold, the same leak had resurfaced. Walked outside to call my contractor and noticed Northman Roofing Van a couple of houses down. Decided to end the call and walk over. To my luck, Travis the owner was the one on the job. I asked if he had a few minutes to inspect the leak. Figured I'd finally get a second opinion as this was the 3-4 time going through this. This was the best decision I have ever made. Not only did he quickly identify the problem but he physically showed me the shotty patch job my current contractor was doing. Mind you, this same roof was new and had been installed by the same contractor. I asked Travis if he could do a full inspection and give me an estimate on his findings. Prior to leaving, he worked some magic to temporarily prevent any water intrusion until a crew could some ou. Within a couple of days, the Northman crew was out to fix my continued troubled area and a few other areas of concern. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge, I had Northman inspect the rest of my properties. They did so free of charge. Fast forward to today, my leaky roof is no longer present and I no longer have to keep paying to have interior drywall wall replaced, textured, and painted. I've never been a person to refer anyone, let alone fill out a review on a company but seeing first hand what they are capable of and how well mannered I was treated, I felt I would be doing a disservice by not sharing my experience. "For the most part, Saltwater Home Resources, Inc. has been very professional and the end product shows it. The new roof looks great. The roof that I had replaced had much dry rot and corresponding damaged plywood under the shingles. The initial proposal was one price that included the replacement of all the damaged plywood. I knew what I was going to have to pay before the work was even started because of the thorough inspection of the roof  before the proposal was submitted to me. I was impressed with the fact that they did not scrimp on materials. After the underlayment was put on a rainstorm ensued and even without the shingles installed, the roof didn't leak. The nice looking shingles were the icing on the cake. Of course only time will tell how long the roof will last but all things considered, I'm confident that I am in for many years with a roof that will protect the rest of the house from the ravages of the harsh Florida weather.

He came over the following day when I was available. He walked through my house and we discussed what work was needed. He promised a written estimate within 24 hours, which I received before the night was over. We made arrangements based on my availability. He and his assistant were at my home on time that Saturday afternoon. They hardly spoke while tackling each task quickly and efficiently. They worked really well together and did an amazing job."
