"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"I received a call back on this water heater install within 10 minutes of communicating my needs on a Sunday. Price was quoted real time and install scheduled for the following afternoon. Due to availability of my requested tank, install slipped to the following morning. Work was completed quickly. This was a marked improvement from my experience on the Friday before the weekend, when I called 10 other plumbers, looking for help. Only two answered to tell me they were too busy and didn’t want the work. One called back but couldn’t commit to a date to complete the work. I would definitely recommend M.A. Paone for your water heater needs."

"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"Snaked main sewage drain and solved the water backup issue"

"I was very satisfied with NETR. The salesman was knowledgeable and was careful to check for possible obstacles to the use of a heat pump for my application. The installer was very enthusiastic and kept me informed about each step in the installation process. I would recommend NETR for work of this kind."

"They are local in Dorchester and they are professional and offer quality services. You'll pay, however. They charge me $54 per month for the service contract, which is $648 annually. That includes one furnace tune up in fall, 1 A/C check in spring, and 1 hot water heater tune up (hot water is tankless and most companies won't do it). They also offer contract customers 10% off plumbing, with priority service and 24 hour service. That's good. However, you'll have to WAIT for your annual appointments. It's January and I'm still waiting for my fall tune up, because they were fully booked through Xmas, exempting mid-day appointments I'd have had to miss work for. That's a downside. Otherwise, their admins are the best and they offer a good, quality service - price is high though!"

"My experience with Angel and his crew was great. From the initial phone conversation to the end of the project, Angel was always professional, punctual, and clear in what he was going to do. He patiently explained isues he discovered with the existing piping and tankless water heater, and provided various options as well as recommendations. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left no debris behind. I am very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Dynamic Plumbing to others.
