"I had a plumbing emergency that started as a blocked pipe and ended up being a sheared sewer pipe that 1) needed to be located under a set of concrete steps 2) had to be unblocked and then repaired over a period of 3 days. It was hard manual labor and very difficult work. Ray and his team, including Martin were extremely professional, spending time explaining what was happening every step of the way and going through the costs in detail. They had to dig a 6ft hole in my back yard and then had to break off parts of the concrete steps. They left my backyard in tact, took away all the junk and waste material and supported the new pipe to code. I would recommend them highly for any plumbing job. On mine they were truly put to the test and remained focused, professional and delivered excellent work."

"Leon was amazing! We had another company out a few days prior to look at our backed up drain pipe. When they arrived, they told us that the c/o pipe had to be installed outside of the house in order for them to rout and flush. They said our crawl space where the inside c/o pipe was, was not accessible, basically leaving us with no other option than a $4,700 estimate to install the c/o pipe. We wanted a second opinion. That’s when we called Top Tech.
