"I requested an estimate of a possible roof repair on a home we are looking to purchase.  Cody got back to me via phone with updates and delays due to weather (-20* w/ windchill and snow).  Gold Star for the Customer Service.  We will not be buying this particular home but will use them in the future if needed on our next home.  I threw him for a loop with a question but he took it in stride and was able to get my answers."

"This man takes such pride in his work.  He is very reasonable in price and oh what a wonderful job he does.  We also had him do a little remodeling in our house.  Even though that is not his forte, he did a beautiful job.  He would much prefer doing roofing and building. <br />"

"This project went well. It did take six months to get started which can be expected from any busy contractor. Once the project began, Kevin and his crew were on time and stayed with the projected fully until it's completion. The subs that used in this project were very good with only minor issues along the way which we felt can only be expected in a project such as this. The end result was a beautiful job done with professional staff and a great result. I would hire Kevin and his staff for other work that I might need done at our home."

"It was a harder job then he expected. He had a hard time making the inner door fit because of an addition to the house that was made after the original door was installed, he even had to temporarily remove a few pieces of siding. The installation took all day and into mid-evening, but Eric hung in and finished in one day."

"It went really well. The paint was perfect. There was not any spills or anything to clean up. I am very happy with the professional work that was done. I would definitely recommend this company."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Wisconsin Rapids, WI

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
