"I was impressed with John's responsiveness from the start.  He called a couple of hours after I requested for an inspection on his website and scheduled the appointment.  When I arrived at the appointment time, he was already there and already started the inspection.  He took his time to answer any questions and concerns I had.  He really thoroughly inspected the house for 3 hours.  He took the 4th hour to go over the report with me and to answer more questions.  His report was quite extensive.  You would want to make sure to ask him about each item as you go through the report because it's very easy to look at the report later and get overwhelmed.  Asking him right then would allow you to figure out  or at least have a feeling which problems could be a deal breaker. You can't really tell from the report since almost every item has suggestion as follow "We recommend a licensed and bonded general contractor to inspect...".  Out of the 86 pages of report I received, about 2 items would end up being very costly.   <br /> I would definitely hire John again when I'm ready to buy again. <br />"
