"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

"Jay is a good guy BUT after he replaced our gas line with a larger one it fixed the problem for two weeks. My generator has not been able to start since about July 25l. I have called Jay. I have left messages for Jay. NO RESPONSE. I resort to writing a bad review of him hoping that will get him to call me and come back. I am rooting for Jay because I want him to do, what I paid him to do: make my generator reliable the way it was for the first four years or so.
