She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "Moore efficiently ordered a new part and replaced the bracket. Very simple, nice work. At the same time they did the inspection of the furnace (in our attic), found two problems and fixed them. The drain collecting water from the furnace had been damaged, and there was a error in installing the drain pipe in the attic. Some cost for these fixes but glad to have work done. We are members of Moore's "Club" so there was savings from that."
