"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Highly recommend! Brian did a fantastic job tiling our master bathroom shower. We used a herring bone tile for the floor and niche which required a lot of precision cuts and attention to detail. We also opted for a linear tiled floor drain which required a lot of attention. We also replaced the floor tile and it came out perfect. Brian is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality finished product he puts out. He was prompt, responsive, clean, and timely. He went above and beyond to ensure we received the shower we envisioned. Brian also helped coordinate with someone to come out and install my glass shower door. I will recommend Brian to all my friends and family."

")This happened some time ago so memories are fuzzy. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing showed up on time in full company uniform and a brand new truck. It looked new anyway. The rep had all the tools and knowledge required to do the above listed work. He was well informed and knowledgeable about industry trends (tank-less water heaters). In less than 90 minutes he had the water heater drained and refilled and the cut-off valve installed. I would recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues.

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.

*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)

Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. 
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions! 
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.
