And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"It went very well. There were only a couple of times of something went wrong, but each time they made it right and I had a lot done, so I can understand a few hiccups. The customer service they provide is outstanding. I order a lot of lights in daylight color and the service manager always makes sure they have it in stock because they come out. "Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

Dispatch communicated on Monday that our tech would arrive at 10 am on Wednesday, but he came considerably early at 8:15 am. I was a bit surprised when the doorbell rang without a phone call first, especially given the change in arrival time, but was happy to receive our service earlier in the day. I was disappointed that I couldn't use my Christmas "$40 off" coupon because our bill was under $195. David asked if I wanted to replace the faucet at this time, but I declined."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
