Now in reference to the contractor/work completed: Very few times (in life) are we as customers quoted a price for a service and thatâ s it. Itâ s usually some kind of upsell tactic, or the shyster performing the service does the bare minimum and tells you something along the lines of: â well in order to get our â Eliteâ service you have to pay XYZâ this was NOT the case with American Home Contractors and their roof/gutter technician Austin Bunnell. Austin Bunnell is one of the most professional and efficient contractors period!! From the moment he arrived at my home, he was courteous, kind, and polite. He not only repaired my roofing problems, but he went the extra mile in addressing other concerns as he noticed them. He inspected my attic and was able to identify something Iâ ve been curious about for some months now. But what surprised me was that after he really outdid himself and addressed my concerns, he genuinely asked me: Is there ANYTHING else you need assistance with?
