Austin Bunnell is one of the most professional and efficient contractors period!! From the moment he arrived at my home, he was courteous, kind, and polite. He not only repaired my roofing problems, but he went the extra mile in addressing other concerns as he noticed them. He inspected my attic and was able to identify something Iâ ve been curious about for some months now. But what surprised me was that after he really outdid himself and addressed my concerns, he genuinely asked me: Is there ANYTHING else you need assistance with? That may seem small to most people, but in todays society where contractors want to just get the work done and leave without following up with you, Austinâ s question (in my opinion) exemplified great customer service and professionalism.
