We talked a few times before on the phone and I added a job, He gave me an updated price, adding that his price was a bit higher than his normal rate as I was an hour away from him one way. I found him polite and informative up front. Ed arrived on time and got to work fixing a door and replacing a ceiling fan and checking a wall outlet. He was exceptional in cleaning up after himself asking for a broom and dust pan. Finishing in two hours he also took the remnants I did not want put what I did not want taking them to my outside trash bin. He friendly with me and my two dogs. I kept his phone number and hope to call on him again for other jobs later this year. Personally, I was happy to hire a handy man like Ed rather than the other company recommended by you. I called them and left my name and number and they never returned my call."
