"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The whole process was great. They were quick to respond and able to fit us in for an appointment within a week. Tom let us know what we could do ourselves to help save cost. He was such a big help when I had questions by responding either by phone call or coming out to the house. The two young installers were on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job of getting everything installed and even figured out a more efficient way to get the wiring out to the hot tub area. After we receive the hot tub they will be coming back out to finish up the wiring. I would highly recommend their services for any electrical needs."

"This morning I had a service call with Roth to fix my temperamental a/c unit. I called Roth first thing this morning and spoke with Brittney. Letting her know my unit stopped working yesterday. She went above and beyond and was able to get me squeezed in the same day. YAY!!! Just a couple hours later Berry and his tech assistant arrived. I was able to inform them on what problem I was having and let them get to work. A little while later they let me know they replaced a board on my unit. Barry informed me that he already contacted his supervisor and was able to replace it with no charge. Again, another YAY!!! Having things break or go wrong in your home is stressful enough.
