"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "I rated the customer service lower only because my toilet started leaking into my lower level and I placed claim and was supposed to hear from them within three days and we are going on 6. Loved my sales person - he really cared. AND the installation teams were phenomenal! I would direct high them again. Quality flooring work. Just concerned Empire wanted my money upfront before job is done- but expect me to hang out to dry waiting for reimbursement for plumbing and possible damage to my ceiling. Wish they would just work with plumbers or plumbers apprentice to correctly reseat toilet with a spacer. . Not equitable, not right, not good business practice. Please note- I do absolutely love my floors. They are beautiful!"
