Tile, grout, fixtures, tile boards, etc. This way we had control of some of the expenses. Plumber and tilers were very easy to work with since most of the dirty work was already done. Making it easier to finish their work quickly."

Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! He saw that I had not caulked the floor area and offered to do it. No extra charge. Sky says he does all kinds of repairs! I told him I need to make a list and get a quote.
