The owner, Dave was great to work with, he kept us updated on a daily basis, and was there every morning to look things over and help get the guys set up. The workers were there at 7 am every day. Work was done well within the given timeframe. Everything was left clean each day. They built a bedroom in our basement, and gutted and remodeled a bathroom, we couldn’t be happier with both projects. Very professional, highly recommend."

He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware.
