Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs."

"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money!
