"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. "Gotham Builders went above and beyond when doing our kitchen renovation. The guys showed up on time and were early some days and cleaned up everyday before they left. They listened to our concerns and desires and they made excellent suggestions and came thru making the kitchen of our dreams. They also started and finished exactly when they said. Of course there were hiccups but when it looked shaky they came up with great solutions. I now have them doing another renovation. Everyone was good but Alberto and Cat were outstanding they approached the job with concern for what we wanted and needed."
