The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors. <br />"
