And these reviews helped me to contact Pristine. The reviews were written in a way that I saw and experienced personally the good things about Pristine Construction. My wife and I were impressed from the start. Nathan and Mike listened to our needs and tried their very best to fulfill them. In my opinion, the crews and staff are the best in their field of expertise. Throughout the project, not only our 1950s-built house had kitchen upgrade, but also had other upgrades done. These other upgrades were done without sacrificing the timeline of the project. My family are all thrilled with the result of the project. I am proud and right in choosing Pristine Construction. I will choose them again on my next home improvement projects."

"I used Jeremiah and his crew for a new bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom addition to the back of our house. Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition. The entire building crew and subcontractors Jeremiah used were professional and polite and worked with us. "We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"I could not be happier with Universal Home Design, and the job they did on my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I started looking for contractors when the smaller of the two baths in my home became unusable due to plumbing issues with the original steel pipes in my home, which was built in 1948. I did not have a big budget, but I was hoping to be able to address my kitchen as well as the bath. While my kitchen was functional, it was very worn down. My wife and I decided to hire Universal Home Design because although I collected bids from both large and small companies, only Universal Home Design sent the owner of the company, Ouriel Lousky, to discuss the bid. Ouriel communicated a genuine commitment to work with us to get us through the job, at a budget that we were comfortable with, without sacrificing quality. From start to finish, Ouriel always communicated that our satisfaction was a priority to him and the company. To that end, he threw in, at no extra cost, a lot of extras and upgrades that were beyond the scope of his contractual obligation. When remodeling in an old house such as mine, extra work is likely to come up. In my case, we discovered that I would be best situated by re-piping all the plumbing in my house. Also, the City required that my main electrical service panel be moved from one side of the house to the other. Oury gave me a very fair price on this work that can't imagine covered much more than his costs. With respect to the crews, the job was always adequately manned, and the workers were very respectful and neat. They cleaned up at the end of every day, they protected all my surrounding finishes, floors, etc., and were even spotted on several occasions cleaning the floor well beyond the work area at the end of the day. Debris was always removed in a timely manner, and the workmanship is top notch. Despite the re-piping and major extra electrical work, the job was completed within the original schedule, and within the budget agreed upon. There were no surprises, except for how beautifully everything came out! My whole family is still getting used to having such a beautiful kitchen, and new bathroom. I am looking forward to having my extended family over for our annual Thanksgiving get together, which I always host. Much thanks to Ouriel and his crews. Again, we could not be happier, and we recommend Universal Home Design without any reservation."
