On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."
